saumyasingh526: 100.08 will be written as 10008/100.

Now to reduce it into its simplest form, we need to see a common number the can divide both 10008 and 100.

The HCF of both the numbers is 2.

100/2=50

10008/2=5004

So now the fraction will become 5004/50.

The HCF of both the numbers is still 2.

5004/2=2502

50/2=25

So now the fraction will be 2502/25.

As the numbers now have the HCF of 1, we can’t reduce the fraction any more.

Thus, the standard form of 100.08 is 2502/25.
akshika4: Thanks for your suggestion but this is also a type of standard form
