NO3– is a planer molecule having sp2 hybridisation on N-atom. In the NO3 anion we have a Nitrogen bonded to 3 oxygen atoms, in a trigonal planar geometry (most symmetrical spatial arrangement possible for this molecule). Thus, one can say that thecentral atom (nitrogen) has a sp2
hybridization.

HOPE IT HELPS OTHERS THANKS. ASK EVERY DOUBT IF U HAVE .
