it ia actually a speech delivered by the captain of the Suquamish tribe.....to his people called as the red indians....in which he told his people that the chief of Washington DC has told him that he should go away frm there wd his people n never return.....since they were living in a great land and wd much lesser density....hence, the captain of the red Indians told his ppl abt it that they must leave this land and live peacefully in another piece of land provided to them....
Further, the captain criticizes the white men giving certain examples....
