The main role of tRNA is to read the message of nucleic acid sequences and then translate that information into proteins. This process of making a protein is called translation.
The tRNA is also called as transfer RNA, it posses primary, secondary and tertiary structure. The shape of tRNA is like a cloverleaf, that has three unpaired amino acid and the anti-codon region, which posses three amino acid bases that are complementary to mRNA.
The anti-codon of the tRNA binds with the mRNA codon at the aminoacyl binding site that is repeated in order to form polypeptide chain.
