India have three types of courts : district court, state court, supreme court. All these courts are linked together or interconnected. district court at district level if person is not satisfied with court decision He can go to state court at state level. sometimes two states have a common state court.
if a person is not satisfied with the state court also. so he can go to supreme court. supreme court is an apex court of India. The Supreme Court decision is the last decision. Supreme Court is the highest court of India
