We need to find the sum of the series upto 51 terms.

We see that,
(2n)th term + (2n - 1)th term = 0,
where n is any Natural number.

So, upto 50 terms, the sum be zero (0).

The 51st term is = (-3).

Hence, the sum of the series is
= 0 + (-3)

= (-3)
