Solution:-

=> 6x²-10x+12 = 0

compare with

ax² + bx + c = 0

let, roots are α and β

hence,

a = 6 , b = -10 , c = 12

=> The sum of its roots = –b/a

= -(-10)/6 = 10/6 = 5/3 = 1.66...

=> The product of its roots = c/a

= 12/6 = 2

I hope it helps you...
