What is the sum of angles of a hexagon?​

Hexagon has 6, so we take 540+180=720. A heptagon has 7 sides, so we take the hexagon's sum of interior angles and add 180 to it getting us, 720+180=900 degrees.

Sum of the interior angles of a polygon of n sides is given by the formula (n-2)180°.

For a hexagon, n = 6.

Hence sum of the interior angles of a hexagon = (6–2)180° = 720°.

This is true even if the hexagon is not regular.
