What is the sum of mole fraction of all the component in a ternary system?

· If A, B , C are three components of a mixture, then mole fraction of A in the mixture is no. of moles of A / total no. of moles of A , B and C , similarly mole fraction of B and C will be no. of moles of B or C devided by total moles of all components , if we add mole fraction of all the components , the sum will be 1.
