1/3 = 1 remainder
2/3 = 2 remainder
3/3 = 0
4/3 = 1 remainder
5/3 = 2
6/3 = 0 remainder

We can say every third number divided by 3 and next give remainder 1 and 2
So 1 to 99
33 number give remainder 1
33 number give remainder 2
And 33 number give remainder 0
100 give remainder 1
So sum = (1* 33 )+(33 *2) + 1 = 100
