Given :

  • Three interior angles 80° , 80° and 120°..

To Find :

  • Value of x , y ,z ,w

Solution :

\longmapsto\tt{x+80\degree=180\degree\:(Linear\:Pair)}

\longmapsto\tt{x=180\degree-80\degree}

\longmapsto\tt\bold{x=100\degree}

Similarly ,

\longmapsto\tt{y+120\degree=180\degree\:(Linear\:Pair)}

\longmapsto\tt{y=180\degree-120\degree}

\longmapsto\tt\bold{y=60\degree}

Similarly ,

\longmapsto\tt{z+80\degree=180\degree\:(Linear\:Pair)}

\longmapsto\tt{z=180\degree-80\degree}

\longmapsto\tt\bold{z=100\degree}

Now ,

As we know that sum of exterior angle of a quardrilateral is 360° :

\longmapsto\tt{80\degree+80\degree+120\degree+a=360\degree}

\longmapsto\tt{260\degree+a=360\degree}

\longmapsto\tt{a=360\degree-260\degree}

\longmapsto\tt\bold{a=100\degree}

Now ,

\longmapsto\tt{100\degree+w=180\degree\:(Linear\:Pair)}

\longmapsto\tt{w=180\degree-100\degree}

\longmapsto\tt\bold{w=80\degree}

Therefore :

\longmapsto\tt\bold{x=100\degree}

\longmapsto\tt\bold{y=60\degree}

\longmapsto\tt\bold{z=100\degree}

\longmapsto\tt\bold{w=80\degree}
