First type of answer :

 {x}^{2} + 3x + 2 \\ \\ = > {x}^{2} + 2x + x + 2 \\ \\ = > x(x + 2) + 1(x + 2) \\ \\ = > (x + 2)(x + 1)

As we know that :

The zeroes of polynomial will be -2 and -1 = -2 + (-1) = -3

Second type of answer :

On comparing the given polynomial with the equation

a {x}^{2} + bx + c

Here a = 1, b = 3 and c = 2

Now, sum of zeroes = -b/a = -3/1 = -3

So, the answer will be -3 ✔✔
