To Find :- What is the supplementary angle of 90° .

Concept used :- When two angles are supplementary, their sum is equal to 180° .

Solution :-

Let us assume that, the supplementary angle of 90° is x .

So,

→ (supplementary angle of 90° + 90°) = 180°

→ x + 90° = 180°

taking 90° to the RHS side and changing (+) sign into (-ve) ,

→ x = 180° - 90°

→ x = 90° (Ans.)

Hence, the supplementary angle of 90° is equal to 90° .

Extra knowledge :-

  • When two angles are complementary, their sum is equal to 90° .
