What is the supplementatey angle of 90
Answers
Step-by-step explanation:
a two angles are said to be supplementary if the sum of their measure is 180 degrees.
* Two supplementary angles are are called the supplement of each other.
Example: 62° and 118° are supplementary angles. because 62° + 118° = 180°
so. both of them are supplements of each other.
To Find :- What is the supplementary angle of 90° .
Concept used :- When two angles are supplementary, their sum is equal to 180° .
Solution :-
Let us assume that, the supplementary angle of 90° is x .
So,
→ (supplementary angle of 90° + 90°) = 180°
→ x + 90° = 180°
taking 90° to the RHS side and changing (+) sign into (-ve) ,
→ x = 180° - 90°
→ x = 90° (Ans.)
Hence, the supplementary angle of 90° is equal to 90° .
Extra knowledge :-
- When two angles are complementary, their sum is equal to 90° .
