Surface area of cube = 6(a)^2
= 6(8)^2
= 6(64)
= 384 MMS^2

jamiela2018: wait the numbers out side say 8mm am i suppossed to multiple

Answer:

512 mm²

Step-by-step explanation:

Given : length, width, and height labeled 8 millimeters

To Find: What is the surface area of the cube?

Solution:

Side of cube = 8 mm

Formula of total surface area of cube = 6a^{2}

Where a is the side of cube.

So, the surface area of given cube = 6(8)^{2}

                                                          = 6\times 64

                                                          = 512 mm^2

Hence the surface area of the cube is 512 mm²
