There are 3 types of solution -
true solu.
colloidal solu.
& suspension
->suspension are heterogeneous solution in which solvent doesn't dissolves and can be visible through naked eyes
properties-
1>Particles are Highly unstable
2>They are opaque
3>They show Tyndall effect (sometimes)
4>Can be filtered easily through ordinary filter paper
->colloidal solu. are also heterogeneous solution in which solvent dissolves but then to big particles does not dissolves in solution
properties-
1>particles are Quite stable
2>They are translucent
3>They completely show Tyndall effect
4>Can be filtered through filter paper but small particles would not filter easily
I gave u 4 properties .....plz mark me brainliest ......i will give u 6 more properties

A suspension is a heterogeneous mixture in which solid particles have size greater than hundred nm distributed in a fluid without dissolving in it.
A suspension is a heterogeneous mixture.
The size of suspended particles is greater than hundred nm .
The suspended particles can be seen with naked eyes or under a simple microscope.
When left undisturbed for sometime the suspended particle settle on the bottom of the container under the influence of gravity.
Suspended particles can be separated from the fluid medium by decantation and filtration.
Example - Muddy water , dust in air etc.
