manoj116876: Give a reason for the significance of irrigation in Punjab
manoj116876: This is the question
rutvi4: do u wanna the answer
groveransh: Punjab is an agricultural state. it receives moderate rainfall as the arabian sea and bay of bengal branches of the south west monsoon winds have already shed much of the moisture by the time they reach punjab. to cope up with the water requirements of the crops, irrigation is significant in punjab. hope it helps you
groveransh: the syllabus has not been changed. It's just that the board does not prescribe any particular book. it prescribes a list of books and it can make questions from any of those books. so some of those books have a little different information. that is why it was a bit confusing question paper last year for some students. you can buy EVERGREEN and TOTAL GEOGRAPHY and when you will go through these 2 books, you will realise that the syllabus has not been changed.
groveransh: you can check the prescribed list on cidce.org under the downloads section
manoj116876: Thanksss
groveransh: You're welcome
