Well, that depends on which part of the Sun you put your thermometer! ;p

Firstly, the Sun has six layers namely:

Corona
Chromosphere
Photosphere
Convective zone
Radiative zone
Core

Now, the temperatures of them are as follows:

>Corona: 2 million °C

>Transition region (between chromosphere and corona): 20,000 °C to 1 million °C.

>Chromosphere: 4,500°C to 20,000°C

>Photosphere: 5,500°C

>Core: 15 million°C
