At rest, no exercise-elevated motabolism - 70

Light exercise - 60

Moderate exercise - 50

Heavy exercise - 40

Sun is not out (cloudy or in shade) - add 5 degrees

Raining / wet but not soaked (typically top half of shirt is wet) - add 10 degrees

Pouring rain / 100% of clothing soaking wet - add 15 degrees

Have not taken my blood pressure medication for 2 days or longer - add additional 5 degrees

With sweatshirt or other athletic layers on top. I can wear shorts down to 40–50 degrees with impact exercise (running, basketball), 20–30 degrees with no-impact exercise (bicycle). Bottleneck is the knees.
