There was huge debate over the nuance of the “correct” terminology back in the 90s. Organizational development vs. Organization development.

TBH, I’d hate to live on the differences between them. As practitioners we are all in the same choir and singing from similar hymnals with a few of the same songs. I’d suggest that is close enough.
