the term is acceleration disc. And if you are concerned with what exists between event  horizon and singularity then the region between the horizon and the singularity is occupied by a spacetime where the time and space coordinates are reversed from those of the outside world. In case of a rotating black hole conditions are more complex like the existence of singularity as a ring around the center of the black hole, gravitational radiation which causes distortion in spacetime.

Anonymous: Thanks but is there some other term too? As far as I recall it was named after a scientist followed by the word radius
profswh: I think you are talking about Schwarzschild radius. But it is the other name of event horizon only.
Anonymous: oh alright thanks.. I thought it was the distance between the horizon and singularity
profswh: this black hole is vast and I myself sometimes get confused between different terms
Anonymous: I know right.. but I look up all this stuff just out of curiosity. not academics lol
profswh: same here. did you participated in NAO this year
Anonymous: nope..
