if it's only taken upto the conductor the hindrance would be resistivity but when taking into consideration of the length, cross section area of the conductor, the total hindrance caused would be called resistance. basically resistivity is a constant hindrance regardless of the dimensions o the conductor however it does depend on temperature. while resistance depends on the temperature, resistivity, dimensions.
