Indian Parliament is bicameral in nature. It consists of President and two houses- Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. Lok Sabha is also known as House of the People and consists of members directly elected by the people. Rajya Sabha is known as Council of States consists of members indirectly elected by state legislature members.
