what is the the difference between reflected and incident rays

The incident ray is the ray that strikes the given surface at the point of incidence.

Whereas

The reflected ray the ray reflected from the point of incidence.

Remember : the normal is the perpendicular drawn at the point of incidence.

Also,
Angle of incidence = angle of reflection
angle of incidence is the angle formed by incident ray and normal whereas angle of reflection is the angle formed by the reflected ray and normal.
