We are using the formula of Circumference :

 \sf \: Circumeference_{(Circle)} = 2 \pi  \times r

Putting values according to question,

 \sf \: Circumeference_{(Circle)} = 2 \pi  \times r = 60.8cm

 \sf \: Circumeference_{(Circle)} = r =  \frac{60.8}{2   \pi }

 \sf \: Circumeference_{(Circle)}  = 9.68cm

So now we know the radius so we can find the diamter now easily :

 \sf \: Diameter=2r

 \sf \: Diameter=2 \times 9.68

\frak \pink{\: Diameter = 19.36cm}
