What is the time of flag hoisting in India on Republic Day?

Constitution of India came into effect on 26th January 1950.

To honour this historic day Republic day is celebrated on the same date every year.

It took 2 years, 11 months and 18 days to form the constitution of India. Flag hoisting is done at 9 am every year on this day. 2
