what is the tolerance of farmers towards unpredictable climatic condition during farming?.answer in details. pls

because some farmers was not modern farmer but they depending on rain for cropping of crops . by the rain a poor farmers which doesn't have sufficient water facilities so,the farmers are towards unpredictable climate
