Answer:

49.3 L

Explanation:

Given:-▪︎ Volume (V) = 10 L

Moles of nitrogen (N2) = 10 moles

Moles of oxygen (O2) = 10 moles

▪︎ Total moles (n) = 20 moles

▪︎ Temperature (T) = 300 K (kelvin)

To find out :- Pressure (P).

SOLUTION:- [¡] Apply the equation of Ideal gas law.

PV = n RT ☆ Where : P= pressure, V= volume , n= moles , R=Universal gas constant , T= temperature

-> P x 10 = 2 × 0.0821 × 300

-> P =( 1.642 × 300) ÷10

-> P = (492.6) ÷ 10

-> P = 49.26 atm

《 .: P ~ 49.3 atm (round up) 》.

Special tips:- ☆Always solve gas euations with temperature in Kelvin unit .

☆There are many values of Gravitational constant (R) depending on the other units used. Here V is in Litre, P is in atm ; So the value "0.0821" is used.

☆Always write unit in the last step of solution.
