what is the translation rule that describes the translation B --> E?

1.(x,y) --> (x, y+15)
2. (x,y) --> (x,+7, y+2)
3. (x,y) -->(x--4, y+10)
4. (x,y) --> (x+8, y+14)

Option 1 is correct.
The reason is that if you look at the positions of the points, the x co-ordinate is the same in both of them, while the y co-ordinate has been shifted towards the positive y direction by 15.
