Answer: Tundra means Barren land , Tundra the word comes from Finland. Tundra biome is usually snow covered landscape max time of the year, snow Strom is occur frequently, this biome is almost treeless

There are 2 type of Tundra biome 1. Alpine Tundra 2. Arctic Tundra.

Alpine Tundra found in high altitudes in any part of the world but arctic Tundra found only in Arctic region .
