• The main ideological behind democracy is by the people , for the people and of the people. The democratic government formed INA state is always chosen by the people of the particular states. These people's act as representative of the particular states , city, town etc.

• The presence of organised opposition party or parties in the state. It keeps check on government's policies as well as working. By critising the wrong policies of the government, it forces the government to make laws and frames policies for the welfare of the people .It prevent the government from being dictatorial.
