Type of tissues:

The fully grown cells do have DNA maturation, which can trigger mitosis. Necrosis of nearby cells can trigger mitosis. The wound in adjacent tissues can also trigger mitosis to heal.

Mitosis is a process of cell division in eukaryotic organisms that lead to production of two daughter cells from one mother cell who are genetically totally similar to each other, as well as with the mother cell. Mitosis is therefore well understood to be involved in the bulk production of cells and helps in growth and development of the multi-cellular organisms.
