Your Solution:

Sun

For all organisms, the sun, or solar radiation, is the ultimate source of energy. Plants are primary producers of energy from the sun. Plants use sun, chlorophyll, water, carbon dioxide and nutrients to manufacture glucose, an alternate form of energy.

Sun is the ultimate source of energy. Sun gives us heat and light. Plants use sunlight and prepare food during photosynthesis. Herbivores organisms are dependent on plants for the energy. Carnivores eat herbivores for getting energy. So energy is getting transferred. Food web is created in which plants are the producer and others are consumers. So at the end all organisms are indirectly using energy of sun. Organisms that lie higher up in the food chain are using sun's energy in fixed form. The solar energy is first fixed by plants so that it can be utilised by other organisms.

When we do work like playing, exercising etc. during summers in the sun, we lose energy. This is because we cannot utilise solar energy as it is. It needs to be fixed first so that humans can make use of it. Thus, due to lack of energy in our body, we feel tired.

I hope you got it.
