Sweat contains water and salts of our body. Sweating is important for maintaining proper body temperature.Sweating is always out of body, it regulates the temperature of body. It helps cool us down when our body is hot since the sweat evaporated from our body takes away the excess heat from our body. It is also important for cleansing our body.  The sweat evaporates which creates a cooling effect. This is why we sweat when its hot and not when it is cold.
