WHAT IS THE UPPER LAYER PRESENT ON THE TOP OF THE MILK AFTER BOILING?

Milk skin or lactoderm is formed at the top of the milk after boiling. Its formation occurs when the the temperature increases and this rising temperature separates the creamy part of the milk from the remaining part.
