I think the difference is the same there is between "it was no easy task persuading her," and " it was not an easy task persuading her." And what is the difference between "it was no easy task persuading her,"and " it was not an easy task persuading her."?

u can say that with means 'accompanied by' or 'along with'.
For eg. I m going to the park with her.
without can mean 'in the absence of '
