The smallest actual measurement of any length involves the apparent charge radius of electrons and quarks, which according to currently used scientific models are 0 based on an assumption of point-like particles. We cannot measure that something is exactly 0 but only place an upper bound on the value. That upper bound has gotten so small, that it is hard to comprehend from both a physics and philosophy standpoint what charge radius even really means and what constitutes a meaningful measure of it. However, values in the regime of tenths of attometers have been tossed around for consideration, This corresponds to something around a few hundred zeptometers, which is a few hundred thousand yoctometers. Thus, no practical measurements have been made at the yoctometer level.
