The use of a lighthouse is to guide sailors during periods of bad weather or danger to the right direction/a safe place using a large light on top of a tall tower-like building which is in the sea. It also helps them to navigate where they are if they are lost.

The use of light house in sea is to give the direction to the sailors or navigators at night as it has tower like structure which can be seen far away.....
