Hey mate here's your answer.....

The use of pH in soil is to test which fertilizers are good for soil growth.

Ant sting contains acid , the use of pH will help us to detect the base for it to neutralize it's effect.

Hope it Helps☺

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER

_____________________________

The soil must be of an ideal pH so that the plants can grow well , if the soil is having low pH , it is said to be acidic and plants do not grow properly here.
The ideal pH for the soil would be 7.6

The sting of an ant contains FORMIC ACID which has a low pH and is acidic and therefore the ants use it as a defense.

Formic acid is injected when it stings and it causes irritation and pain in the area stung.
