RTX 2060 basically caps the 4K 144Hz point, if you run games at just low and med. That’s incredible considering 4K 60Hz just being the trend now, but 2080Ti also has that.

Aside, just for 28K price, 2060 is actually the best graphics card for Ray Tracing architecture, as there are real Tensor cores in it. Some powerful GTX cards like the 1080Ti can also do Ray Tracing using its old hardware, but comparing to that in RT textures, 2060 has a wide advantage.

Answering your question, Not all modern titles, the next RT games and all games till the next 3–4 years will run easily on the 2060. It has enough RAW power 4–5% better than the 1070 (on some games).

So, 4K, FHD or QHD, 2060 does take on everything.

rtx basically means ray tracing and it is used to make the graphics much better than normal graphics but you need to have a rtx card to get these feature rtx card also provide you with dlss which is really helpful in AAA titles.
