1. Forests provide shelter to wild animals and thus sustain wildlife.
2. Trees in the forest give out oxygen which maintains the oxygen balance in the atmosphere.

Hey Friend
Your answer is....

The usefulness of forest are :

They avoid a build up of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and provide us with oxygen.

If there is too much carbon dioxide in the atmosphere then it can be very dangerous to us, since our bodies do not need it. Trees use the carbon dioxide we exhale and give us the oxygen we inhale.

Used as medicines, food and shelter.

Lots of wild animals in the forest use these trees as food and shelter. It is even home for some creatures. We use some leaves of trees as medicines to cure certain sicknesses.

Prevent soil erosion and land slides.

Trees prevent the earth's valuable soil nutrients and minerals from being washed away. The roots of these trees hold the soil together so when rain falls little or no soil is being washed away.

Trees are important to us, so therefore we should care them.

Hope it helps
