The represented angles are the exterior angles of the quadrilateral ( If we extend a side, the angle it makes with other side) is exterior angle.

We know that,
Sum of exterior angles = 360°

66a + 27a+56a + 31a = 360

93a + 87a = 360

180a = 360

a = 360/180 = 2°

Therefore, Value of a = 2°
