According to Snell's equation we know that;

Sin i = sin r

So when a light gets incident on a plane mirror it makes an angle of 0° from the normal we know that all the angle are measured from the normal so we can say that the angle made by incident ray = angle made from normal which is 0°.

so from above equation mentioned angle of incidence= angle of reflection

So

sin i= 0

sin r=0

sin 0=0

Thus we come to end that the angle made by normal incident light on plane mirror is 0
