What is the value of D , for solving the simultaneous equations 3x+2y=11 and 7x-4y=9 by Cramers rule

7x-4y=9

6x+4y=22

13x=31

x=31/13

3(31/13) +2y=11

2y=11-93/13

2y=143-93/13
