What is the value of D if the equation 2x + y = 3 and 3x – 2y = 4 are solved by cramer’s method.​

comparing 2x + y=3 with a1x1 + b1y1 = c1 and 3x-2y =4 with a2x2 - b2y2 = c2

then a1= 2 , b1 = 1 , c1= 3

a2 = 3 , b2= -2 , c2=4

by determinants method

D = |a1 b1 |

|a2 b2 |

= 2. 3

1. -2

= 2 × (-2) - 3 × 1

= -4 - 3

= -7

.: D = -7
