what is the value of g on earth and on moon

On earth it's 9.8 meter per second square but on moon it is 1/6 of that of earth ,i.e 9.8/6

gravity = 9.8 m/s^2

on moon = 98/60 m /s^2

it depends on weight of object

mass×gravity=weight

gravity =weight/mass
