The Human Development Index (HDI) is a composite statistic (composite index) of life expectancy, education, and per capita income indicators, which are used to rank countries into four tiers of human development.

Human development index shows many criteria on which we can compare nations such as
1..Per capita income
2.. Infant mortality rate
3.. Literacy rate
4..Gross Inrollment
Income is not only and adequate criteria for comparison of countries therefore we use HDI ranking for better understanding.
