what is the value of k in the polynomial x2 +8x +k,if -1 is a zero of the polynomial​

Answer:

-1(2)+8(-1)+k=0

-2-8+k=0

-10+k=0

K=10

Just substute the value of x bro.

if -1 is one of the zeroes of the given polynomial then if we replace value of x by -1 then the answer will be zero
