the question simplies to

  log_{3}( \sqrt{ {3}^{3} } )

=>

 log_{3}( {3}^{ \frac{3}{2} } )  \\  =  >  \frac{3}{2}  log_{3}(3)  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  log( {m}^{n} )  = n log(m)  \\  =  >  \frac{3}{2} \times 1  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:   log_{m}(m)  = 1

Hence, answer will be 3/2.
