Yes, it is one, it is zero, it is infinity, and it is also every other number in existence.

For all values of x:

x/x = 1, so 0/0 = 1

0/x = 0, so 0/0 = 0

x/0 = ∞, so 0/0 = ∞

0*x = 0, so 0/0 = x

I’ve proved it mathematically, but for those who aren’t convinced, I’ll prove it in real terms: when you divide 10 by 5, you’re figuring out how many chunks of 5 can go into 10. Well, how many chunks of nothing does it take to make nothing? Pick a number, any number in existence. Now put that many chunks of nothing together. What do you have? You probably got nothing. There you have it:

0/0 = every number in existence.
