☣️☺️ Here is your answer mate ☺️☢️

sec 300 = 1/cos 300

and cos 300 is in the fourth quadrant and is the same as cos 60.
Since cos 60 = 1/2, then

sec 300 = sec 60 = 1/(1/2) = 2.

hope this helps you mate all the best ✌️✌️✌️

Concept

The sec function is one of the trignometric function. In right angled triangle the secant function is equal to the ratio of hypotenuse and the adjacent side. The relation between Secant and Cosine is

sec A = 1/cos A

Find

Value of sec 300°

Solution

As we know sec A = 1/cos A

sec 300° = 1/cos 300°

As cos 300 lies in the fourth quadrant which means

cos A = cos ( 2π-A )

cos 300° = cos 60°

Since cos 60° = 1/2

cos 300° = 1/2

sec 300° =  2

The value of sec 300° = 2
